I'm in need of a virtual assistant to support me with my day-to-day tasks. This will involve a range of responsibilities, but the main areas you'll be assisting with are: - Email Management: I need someone who can effectively manage my inbox, filter important messages, and help me prioritize tasks. - Customer Service: Efficient customer service is integral to my business. I need someone who can handle customer queries and ensure their issues are resolved promptly. - Social Media Support: I require assistance with posting updates on both Facebook and Instagram. It would be a significant advantage if you have experience with social media management. The anticipated hours per week for this role are less than 10 hours, at the beginning 3-5. I'm looking for someone who can work efficiently within this timeframe and deliver quality work. Experience with similar tasks and excellent communication skills are a must.
