Each data sample you receive from our dataloaders will be a batch of MR images in frequency domain ˜x. You will implement a model which takes these image batches, subsamples them according to a random binary maskM(with code we give you) to receive the subsampled version M(˜x) = ˜xsubsampled, converts the data to xsubsampled (in image domain) and performs reconstruction using a model mθ to receive mθ(xsubsampled) = xreconst.
